These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cix6s ("cix6s", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cix6s online casino and sports betting platform available at cix6s.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, fishing games, sports betting, and any VIP or loyalty programme.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any part of our services, you unconditionally accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. cix6s reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the full features of the cix6s Platform, you must register a player account. You are permitted to hold only one account at cix6s. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under local law.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of a cix6s employee or affiliate.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have been previously suspended or permanently banned from cix6s.

cix6s conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before processing withdrawals. We may request a copy of a government-issued ID, a selfie, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

cix6s supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and bank transfer through BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cix6s does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or via international credit cards at this time.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced KYC may apply above certain thresholds.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact cix6s support with the transaction reference number.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• cix6s does not charge a fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which cix6s is not responsible for.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to wallet limits imposed by your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or outside normal hours may take up to 24 hours.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may not submit withdrawal requests until full KYC has been approved by cix6s.
• cix6s reserves the right to delay, hold or decline any withdrawal request that triggers our anti-money laundering (AML) screening procedures or that relates to an account under investigation.

cix6s offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, separate from real-money funds, until applicable wagering requirements (rollover) have been met.
• The standard wagering requirement on bonus funds at cix6s is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus credit, after which any unconverted bonus funds will expire.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x unless stated otherwise. Free spins that are part of a deposit bonus must be used within 7 days of being credited.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using multiple accounts, payment methods, or coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonus offers will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• cix6s reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited remain subject to their applicable terms.

Players who wish to withdraw a deposit without meeting wagering requirements on an active bonus may do so, but any uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal request. Players are advised to check their active bonus status before requesting a withdrawal.

cix6s offers pre-match and in-play betting on a wide range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi and international tournaments. All betting markets are provided in good faith. In the event of a technical fault or manifest error affecting odds, cix6s reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

• All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with cix6s's specific rules for that sport, which are available in the sportsbook help section.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50 for sports markets. The maximum stake per bet varies by market and event and is displayed at the point of bet placement. cix6s reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout for any individual player or any individual event.
• Casino games on cix6s use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided and audited by the respective game studios. cix6s does not interfere with or modify game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel.
• Winnings from live casino games, slots, crash games and other RNG-based games are paid out in real money directly to your cix6s account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to an active bonus.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result recorded in cix6s's system logs shall be the final and binding determination, subject to any investigation requested by the player through the formal complaints procedure.

cix6s is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should remain an enjoyable, recreational activity and not become a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered cix6s players at no cost and can be activated from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration. You can choose reminder intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or a custom duration.

cix6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict access to, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has been found to be operating more than one cix6s account.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or account closure via the responsible gaming tools or via a written request to cix6s support.

Where an account is closed due to player request or expiry of self-exclusion, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment wallet within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, cix6s reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation.

All content on the cix6s Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of cix6s or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without our prior written consent.

The cix6s name, logo and all related brand marks are the exclusive trademarks of cix6s. You are not permitted to use any cix6s trademark, trade name or brand mark in any manner without our prior written approval. Any unauthorised use of cix6s intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cix6s, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the content, products or services obtained through the Platform.

cix6s makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. cix6s's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cix6s account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cix6s reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we will endeavour to notify active players by sending a notification to their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon next login.

Your continued use of the cix6s Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and contact cix6s support to request account closure. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
